Microblading - The Process
Our Microblade Artist, Shannon, takes great pride in creating the brows of your dreams. This is why the consultation takes more time than the actual microblading. Every nuance of the brows created through microblading is important—color, shape, and density. Here is what you can expect:
Cleanse - The brow area is thoroughly cleansed with an anti-bacterial wash.
Brow Mapping - is the art of customization based on your unique features. This includes face shape, natural eyebrows/brow bone, and your personal eyebrow preference. To assist with the process, your technician will utilize an eyebrow caliper; this tool helps measure the eyebrows and achieve balance. You will have an opportunity to discuss and make adjustments to the pre-drawn shape before moving forward.
Color Matching - Several colors are mixed and placed on the forehead to see how the color looks on your skin tone. Colors are chosen based on your natural hair color and color preferences. You and your technician will work together to make the best color choice for you.
Microblading - is a manual process using a small blade comprised of multiple tiny needles. The edge of the blade is used to mimic hair strokes following a natural eyebrow hair pattern. Each layer of strokes is quick and precise to build color and density.
Shading - is an advanced option to create more of a filled or make-up looking eyebrow. A stippling tool is used for this look.
Beautiful Brows! - You are on your way to having #iwokeuplikethis brows. The final steps of the process are in your hands. You will receive instructions on caring for your new eyebrows through the healing process and beyond.
